Tamati Coffey is Breakfast's roving reporter and weather presenter.

Tamati completed an honours degree in Political Studies at the University of Auckland before becoming a presenter on What Now. It was from the iconic kid's show that he joined the Breakfast team.

He brings his own brand of TV magic, and a huge fan base of kids and parents, to Breakfast.

He got married in December 2011 and lives in central Auckland.
