Get set for more exhilarating dramas, tummy-tickling comedies and provocative documentaries: TVNZ is bringing you the best on the box in 2011.

2011 sees the return of your favourite TV ONE and TV2 shows, including Go Girls, Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, Private Practice, Two And A Half Men, The Big Bang Theory, The Mentalist,  Cougar Town, Brothers & Sisters, The Middle, Hell's Kitchen, American Idol, The Vampire Diaries, Scrubs, The Amazing Race, Packed to the Rafters, Undercover Boss, Criminal Minds, Castle and a new series of Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution.

New TV2 international series include **** My Dad Says starring William Shatner, Off The Map starring New Zealander Martin Henderson, the highly anticipated The Walking Dead, No Ordinary Family, and Mike and Molly, a comedy from the makers of Two And A Half Men.

TV2 local returning shows include Shortland Street - with another feature-length episode - Neighbours At War, Police Ten 7, the award-winning Rescue One, Motorway Patrol and 20/20.

TV ONE's 2011 schedule is chocka-block full of all the best local and international series. 

MasterChef New Zealand returns with a new spin-off series. MasterChef Masterclasses will give viewers an opportunity to see the MasterChef judge's expert knowledge in action.

TV ONE will also bring the best in new local drama to the small screen with Nothing Trivial (currently in development), created by the team behind Go Girls.

Nigel Latta tackles the world of troublesome teenagers in The Politically Incorrect Guide To Teenagers, while new local series Family Feud examines a wide range of family problems affecting modern day Kiwi families.

New factual series Do Or Die challenges New Zealanders to lose weight, while The World's Strictest Parents sees children experience life living under the roof of some of the strictest families in the world.

Following the award-winning success of South, Marcus Lush again adventures into rural New Zealand visiting the top half of the country in North.

Returning favourites include Intrepid Journeys, The Investigator, Beyond The Darklands , Fair Go , Animal Rescue, Coastwatch, Piha Rescue and the Real Life and Real Crime strands.

TV ONE's international line-up includes HBO's Enlightened, starring Laura Dern, and Body of Proof, starring Desperate Housewives' Dana Delany.

Matt Le Blanc joins forces with the BBC and the writer's of Friends to star in Episodes and there's a new legal drama starring Kathy Bates, Harry's Law.

From the makers of McLeod's Daughter's comes Offspring, while the creators of Packed To The Rafters present a new drama about friendship, Winners And Losers. Plus new Australian family drama, Tangle and the highly anticipated spin-off series of Criminal Minds, Suspect Behaviour starring Forest Whittaker.
