TV ONE's New Season is here!

Back to work blues are the worst.

But TV ONE knows that heading back to the office and dealing with the daily grind can be difficult, so to counter that we're launching our new season of telly and OnDemand viewing for you to dive into at the end of the day.

It all starts on Sunday - well, more a case of The End is Where it Begins - with the return of the TV ONE smash hit drama,Broadchurch at 8.35pm and to TVNZ OnDemand at 9.35pm.
The second series is shrouded in mystery, and all we do know is that David Tennant and Olivia Colman return as the detectives in a seaside town. But how, and more importantly, why, given that season one ended with them solving the murder of Danny Latimer....

Elsewhere, John Simm stars a man on the run in the new three part thriller event, Prey at 9.35pm on TV ONE and 10.35pm on TVNZ OnDemand.

Monday sees the launch of the new thriller series Stalker. Starring Maggie Q and Dylan McDermott, this creepy series follows two detectives who investigate stalking incidents as part of the LAPD's Threat Assessment Unit. It launches at 8.30pm on TV ONE and 9.30pm on TVNZ OnDemand.
Castle also returns at 9.30pm on TV ONE as the build up to Castle and Beckett's wedding continues.

Tuesday sees the start of a new season of Person Of Interest at 8.40pm on TV ONE and 9.40pm on TVNZ OnDemand. The gang's split up and on the run after the game-changer ending of the last year. But will Reese and Finch be able to save the day?
Also on Tuesday, we're launching new drama Fat Tony and Co at 9.40pm on TV ONE and 10.40pm on TVNZ OnDemand. Based on the compelling true story of one of Australia's most notorious criminals, Tony Mokbel, this gritty Aussie drama will grip you from the get-go.

Wednesday sees Bear Grylls trying to help men survive the wild in The Island with Bear Grylls (launching at 8.40pm on ONE and 9.40pm on TVNZ OnDemand) - when they go back to nature, how will they cope? Also, new series Hotel of Mum and Dad launches at 9.40pm (10.40pm on TVNZ OnDemand) as we watch more parents cope with the kids staying at home.

Thursday sees Miranda Hart debut her final two episodes of her phenomenally popular sitcom Miranda (at 8.40pm on TV ONE) before The Trip and Gavin and Stacey star Rob Brydon launches new comedy gameshow The Guess List at 9.20pm on TV ONE.

Friday sees the Weatherfield drama continue in Coro - and you can watch episodes of Coronation Street at TVNZ OnDemand.

And don't forget the culinary journey continues Tuesday through Saturday at 7pm with  MasterChef Australia.

So, suddenly, heading back to work doesn't seem so bad after all, does it?
