An honors graduate in English Literature from Oxford University, Owain Yeoman is also a classically trained Welsh actor who graduated from London's renowned Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA) with distinction, and as the winner of the Henry Marshall Performance Shield.
His first audition was for the Warner Bros. epic Troy, from which Wolfgang Petersen immediately cast him as Lysander, Captain of the Trojan Army. Yeoman went on to play the title role in Mark Burnett’s Commando Nanny and then played lead roles in Kitchen Confidential and The Nine.
In 2008, Yeoman played the role of The Terminator in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, and went on to play Sergeant Eric Kocher in the award-winning and critically acclaimed real-life miniseries Generation Kill. Yeoman has also starred in the feature film Beerfest, and in over a dozen stage plays in London's West End, The Oxford Playhouse and the International Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Yeoman was named one of the 2011 “Brits to Watch” by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA). He is a vegetarian and active supporter of PETA, The Humane Society of the United States and a number of dog rescue groups.
