Investigations continue into fatal police shooting in Thames

An investigation will continue today into the police shooting of a Thames man in an armed stand-off with police on Saturday. Vaughan Te Moananui (33) died in hospital after he was shot by police who claim they found him at his home waving a gun. The Independent Police Conduct Authority is investigating.
