MKR Competition Terms and Conditions
THE PRIZE & HOW TO ENTER
The promotional period is between 12noon Wed 12 September 2012 and 12 noon Wednesday 19 September 2012.
One grand prize winner will win one of Pete Evan’s signature pizza makers by Breville, available from www.peteevansshop.com.
No purchase or fee is necessary to enter this competition. To enter, a viewer must answer the question at www.tvnz.co.nz/mkr .
One winner will be selected at random from all correct answers after the closing date.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of any applicable terms and conditions, including the TVNZ Competition Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between terms, the terms stated on this page shall prevail.
TVNZ may be required by law to disclose the information entrants provide. TVNZ will only make the disclosure if it believes in good faith that it is required to do so.
The application is open to all residents of New Zealandbut employees, or their families, of TVNZ are not eligible to win the prize. All entries become the property of TVNZ. Entry into the competition constitutes consent to use the winners' names and photos for any promotional purposes.
Personal information (to enable us to contact the winner) is collected by TVNZ.
TVNZ reserves the right to extend, postpone, or cancel the competition and to update the terms and conditions, and prize, on tvnz.co.nz without notice.
TVNZ is not liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or injury by any person in connection with the prize or its utilisation.
Entrants will release the Promoter and Prize Provider(s) from any liability.
Prize winners may be required to take part in reasonable post-competition publicity for TVNZ and may be filmed, photographed or otherwise recorded by TVNZ or other third parties for publicity and he/she consents to the use of his/her personal data for such purposes.
Prize winners will be contacted by email at the end of the promotional period within a reasonable timeframe.
