Balinese Gnocchi and Palm sugar sauce
Pandant leaf (bruised)
In a pan, mix palm sugar, pandant and water, brng to the boil
In a bowl, sieve240 grams tapioca flour, 120 grams rice flour and a pinch of salt. Start by adding 1/3 cup of water and mix. Keep adding water to form a consistent but ouzing dough.
Roll into little balls and place in the sugar and water pan and boil for 20 mins, then cool down.
Serve on a bowl with coconut cream and shredded coconut
