2 mangoes, peeled, cheeks diced to 2 cm
1/4 watermelon, peeled, diced to 2 cm
1/2 pineapple, peeled, cored, diced to 2 cm
1/2 rockmelon, peeled, centre scooped, diced to 2 cm
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and use
clean hands to thoroughly combine.
2. To serve, place neatly in a large serving bowl or dish. Serve as an accompaniment to other desserts, on its own or with ice cream or whipped Anchor cream.
