Sun Park

Sun Park graduated from the music theatre WAAPA (Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts) in 2001, and since then, has become an accomplished actor, singer and songwriter.

Suns diverse talents have enabled her to perform across all genres: from music to television and stage.

Since 2002, Sun has been performing as the vocalist/rapper for the BPM Beats Per Minute, a funk/rock/hip hop band that toured to sell-out shows at the Studio, Opera House in Sydney.

Sun has also appeared at the 2005 Melbourne and Adelaide Fringe Festivals. Then in 2006 was backing vocalist with Rogue Traders at the Australia Day concert.

Sun's film and television roles include the role of Rubi in the Australian film The Jammed. The film won Best Film at the 2007 IF awards, and just recently had a screening in New York for the United Nations.

Her theatre credits include playing the role of Ali in the smash hit production of Mamma Mia The Musical in the Brisbane and Sydney seasons.

Besides Suns passion for music and acting, is her passion for children she loves working with children in any way she can such as being involved in bookweek musical productions for primary schools.

Sun also volunteers in the hip hop workshops for Streetwork teenagers.
