Vegetable jalfrazi

Ingredients:

1/2 kg Fresh mixed Veges ( Beans, Capsicum, Peas, Cauliflower and Tomatoes)
1 tsp Chopped ginger
1 tsp Chopped garlic
1 Tomato, diced
1 Onion, finely sliced
2 tsp Tomato Sauce to give it sweet and soury flavour
Spices (Ground Cardamon, Turmeric, Cumin and Corriander, Bay leaves and salt and black pepper to taste)
1 Tomato and 1 Onion chopped (to make gravy)

Method:

Mix all the vegetables.  Heat 1 tspn of oil in a pan and add ginger and garlic and fry the vegetables for few seconds.

In another pan heat some oil and fry onion, tomato and mixed spices and salt.

Puree the these ingredients to make a gravy and then add all the vegetables. Saute with tomato sauce to make it bit sweet and soury.

The Jalfrazi is ready!

Serve with steamed rice or naan and experience the taste.
