It's a huge week for the Samoan community, with Samoan language week, The Pacific Music Awards and June 1st marking fifty years of Samoan Independence from New Zealand. No matter where they are in the world, Samoans will be celebrating. And we are here to help with performances from Samoan singer / songwriter STKS ...

... and the Samoan choir of the Pacific Islanders' Presbyterian Church of Newton. They are all up for Gospel Album of the Year at the Pacific Music Awards tonight.

A genuine stylist to the stars, Snowden Hill left the Hawkes Bay to forge a career in the high fashion hair industry. Now, he counts Gwyneth Paltrow, Liam Gallagher, Naomi Campbell and the late Elizabeth Taylor among his clients and works for the likes of Vogue Magazine. He's in our studio today with two beautiful models showing some spectacular "do's".

To mark fifty years of Samoan independence, Samoan photography is being exhibited as part of the 2012 Auckland Festival of Photography. We have the official photographer of the Manu Samoa Rugby Team, Mau Muaiava, here with us to talk about her work and the new exhibition, "Bounty Bars and Cocount Rough".

"Sexy, lavish and decadent" - that's how we like our fashion. Well, actually it's describing Baz Luhrmann's new movie version of "The Great Gatsby" starring Leonardo di Caprio. But, this week, fashion guy Luke Bettesworth is taking on the roaring twenties, with fashion inspired by the movie. Thanks to Andrea Moore and Pearl for supplying us with their beautiful garments and KHM for their models.

Our man in London, Dan Wootton is with us again this week and this time he's all about the Queen. Yes, it's Jubliee time, with London set to take off with a weekend of celebrations to mark sixty years of her reign. Dan's live from London with a preview of all the pomp and ceremony spiced up with a bit of goss from behind the scenes.!/danwootton

There's nothing quite as handsome as a man in uniform but we wondered if the same held true a couple of hundred years ago? Antiques man Josh Williams is here with some shiny pieces of attire no self-respecting calvary man would have been seen without.

Guillaume Nicoli is in the kitchen today, with some potentially addictive sweets, made with his special collection of French liquers - and then he's off to France to get married!

Astar has lots going on today - she's been down in Bluff at the oyster festival and has brought back some nice fresh oysters for a seafood stew. And, with not much fur of his own, Ben the greyhound is feeling the chill. the answer? Astar's making him a warm winter coat - tastefully accessorised, of course.
