Spiced pork and prawn salad

200 grams small thin slices of boiled pork
200 grams Peeled Prawns
1 cucumbers Diced
1 tbsp coriander leaves
1 onion, cut into thin slices
1 thinly sliced red chilli
1/4 Cup cashew nuts
2 garlic bulbs
2 tsp Sugar
Olive oil
1/4 cup fish sauce
2 tbsp lime juice


Sauté the onions, garlic, chilli, nuts, add the pork and prawns deglaze with the lime juice and fish sauce.

Add sugar boil the remove from heat.

Allow to cool then add the coriander and the cucumber.
