5 - 6 medium potatoes (cooked and mashed)
1 onion (diced)
1 tin diced tomatoes
1 cup frozen peas
1 teaspoon chilli sauce (or more to taste)
1/4 cup concentrated or reduced stock
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1/2 cup grated cheese
Saute the onion over a low heat until soft and sweet. Add the garlic and stir through. Add the mince, turn up the heat slightly and cook until brown.
Drain the excess fat off and season. Add the tinned tomatoes and peas. Stir in each of the sauces and simmer for 3 4 minutes.
Put the mince into a high sided baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes and then sprinkle grated cheese over.
Fan grill for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
