Pizza Margherita

with TITO, Pane & Vino  


600g Flour

25g Yeast

1 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Salt             

1 tblsp Olive Oil

1 cup Warm Water


Dissolve the sugar, salt and yeast in warm water. 

Add the flour and oil and start to knead until it is in a nice ball.

Half cover with a wet tea-towel and leave to sit in a warm area for 1 ½ hours. 

Then spread out the dough with your hands. 

Put on an oiled pizza tin and into the oven for five minutes at 160 degrees. 

Remove pizza base and add the tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese to the top.  (You can also add anything else you would like to.) 

Put back in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
