Miles Davis' Fatman Brunch
4 rashers streaky bacon
300gm pork fillet
4 medium sized potatoes
1 cup frozen peas (NOT minted)
Sriracha (Asian chili sauce) to taste
Olive oil for cooking
Vegetable oil for deep frying
Cube potatoes and deep fry then set to one side.
Chop onion and fry in olive oil till starting to brown.
Add bacon (cut into 1 inch pieces) and continue frying.
When bacon is almost cooked add pork fillet (chopped into bite sized pieces)
When pork is almost cooked add the peas and continue to fry.
Add sriracha to taste and fry for a minute.
Add fried potatoes and stir in to reheat.
Serve to hungry gits who will scoff the lot!!
