Lemon Cream with Fresh Mixed Berries

Cost: $15 

Lemon cream :

100 gr lemon juice (from fresh lemons)
120 gr sugar
150 gr butter
2 eggs

Boil the lemon juice and butter with half of the sugar.
Whisk the eggs and the rest of the sugar.
When the lemon liquid is boiling, mix in the whisked eggs and sugar.
Put pot back on the heat and bring to a light boil.
Place in the fridge until the cream is cold.

Place it in your plate or ramekin and decorate with the fresh berries.
