Gluten Free Rose and Lime Cheese Cake

Rose and Lime Cheese Cake (Gluten Free)

Serves 6-8
Preparation time -20 - 25 min

For Base
2 1/2 cup pistachio
2 tbl spoon sugar
4 tbl spoon butter

Method 
Blend pistachio into fine crumbs (use a food processor or a blender) 
Combine all the ingredients and press it firmly  on base in a pie mould or cake mould

For Filling
125g cream cheese
200g mascarpone cheese
200g sweetened condense milk
60 ml lime juice
1 lime zest
60 ml rose syrup

Method 
Beat the cream cheese till creamy and fold in mascarpone cheese and condense milk 
Add in lime zest and rose syrup 
Pour in mould and  refrigerate

Garnish with edible rose petal or berries or pistachio!
