Chicken 65 or Gobi 65 for vegetarians
1/2 kg Chicken Thighs
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp tumeric powder
2 tsp Corn flour
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
- Mix all marinade ingredients onto chicken and marinade for 2 hours.
- Fry curry leaves and chillies. Then remove and keep aside
- Heat oil and fry chicken pieces till crispy
- Garnish with curry leaves and chillies and serve with rice and yoghurt.
*NOTE: For the Gobi or Cauli version, just change out the chicken for Cauli. Its that simple!
