‘One Two Punch’ Chocolate Peanut Butter Bliss Balls – Ganesh Raj

Makes 10 to 12 balls



3/4 cup raw almonds

2 tbs cacao powder

1/2 cup goji berries

1/2 cup cranberries

3 tbs peanut butter

2 tbs agave syrup ot stevia



  1. Place cacao, goji, cranberries and peanut butter into a food processor and blend to a paste
  2. Then add almonds. Make sure to keep the texture of the almonds. Blend it too long and it turns to mush!
  3. If things are too dry add more agave or stevia and pulse again. You want it to be a little sticky so that it is easy to roll.
  4. Get a spoon and pull some out and start making balls. 
  5. Chill before serving!
