‘One Two Punch’ Chocolate Peanut Butter Bliss Balls – Ganesh Raj
Makes 10 to 12 balls
3/4 cup raw almonds
2 tbs cacao powder
1/2 cup goji berries
1/2 cup cranberries
3 tbs peanut butter
2 tbs agave syrup ot stevia
- Place cacao, goji, cranberries and peanut butter into a food processor and blend to a paste
- Then add almonds. Make sure to keep the texture of the almonds. Blend it too long and it turns to mush!
- If things are too dry add more agave or stevia and pulse again. You want it to be a little sticky so that it is easy to roll.
- Get a spoon and pull some out and start making balls.
- Chill before serving!
