Astar's Craft: Gift Wrapping Ideas
Astar's Gift Wrapping Ideas
Christmas isn't that far away and if you are looking for new ways to wrap and present Christmas parcels, then the following ideas might point you in the right direction.
Print your own paper. This is so easy and all you need is some heavy paper. I like to use natural shades as it adds a lovely organic look to presentation which is all in at the moment&
Stamps and ink pads can be purchased in any shape or colour from Spotlight.
OR why not use fabric and print in a design to suit.
OR as alternatives to the above - I use pretty tea towels, raffia table mats & wall paper&
OR place gifts into recycled shoe boxes / buckets / cans decoupaged with paper or fabric.
When it comes to embellishing, I like to use such things as jute, string, wool, raffia, lace, and cord to bind, and further enhance with paper roses, wooden letters, vintage peg fairies, brooches, pearls, butterflies, birds, fresh flowers and even sprigs of herbs etc.
