Apple and ANZAC crumble


With Tamahou Waikari

Ingredients:

3 Cans of apples
Tspn Lemon juice
2 tbsp  Sugar

Method:

Open and drain of all juice, pat dry on paper towel if necessary, add small amount of lemon juice and sugar and mix through.

Heat apple mixture (microwave/ pot) then add to baking dish/ individual serving rings and add crumble mix on top and bake at 180C until golden on top approx. 10-15 mins.

Method for Crumble:

2 packets ANZAC biscuits
1/4  cup of oats
50g Butter warmed (not melted)
1 Tblspn Brown sugar

Pulse blend all ingredients in mixer.
