1 packet of mini meringue
1litre of custard
Fresh fruit (canned or fresh - if canned drain the liquid).
- Into a bowl, break the meringue into pieces and add the custard and fruit.
- Mix gently and spoon into serving glass.
- Add whipped cream and garnish to finish.
