Mike Tyson says he is "in denial" over the death of his daughter.

The former world champion boxer - whose four-year-old daughter Exodus died following an accident at her mother's home in May - is struggling to come to terms with his loss, and has no idea how he will move on.

He said: "I'm going through a process and trying to heal. I am in denial, because I don't know how to handle it, I don't know what to do or say."

Mike, 43, admits he blames himself for the incident, but has found solace in the comments he has received from well-wishers.

He explained to US TV show Entertainment Tonight: "It was a dark moment in my life. I've been beating myself up over my daughter.

"I am working with dealing with it. I have become a member of an exclusive club no one wants to join. I have been told the pain never stops but you get over it."

Exodus died after accidentally tying a cord from an exercise machine around her neck while playing at her mother Monica's Arizona house.

Mike, who has six other children, went on to marry his girlfriend Lakiha Spicer in Las Vegas in June, but kept the nuptials private
