Susan Boyle has made her stateside TV singing debut, with a
guest appearance on the final of America's Got Talent.
The dowdy Scottish singing sensation was the runner-up in the UK
version of the show, but Boyle surprised American viewers, with her
powerful rendition of the Rolling Stones classic, Wild
Horses.
The performance marks something of a comeback for Boyle who was
rushed to a clinic when she collapsed after
losing the final of Britain's Got Talent to
hip-hop dance act Diversity.
However, it was Colombian superstar Shakira who stole the show with
a jaw-dropping performance of her new song which wowed both the
audience and the judges.
The Colombian-Lebanese performer wore a skin-tight black number
with strategic cut-outs during her animalistic rendition of
She Wolf .
She Wolf is the first single off the album of the same name, which
will be released on October 13.
