Lady Gaga tweets photo of NZ concert injury

Pop sensation Lady Gaga has tweeted a photo of the bruise she sustained after being hit in the head by a pole at her final New Zealand concert.

She was performing Judas at Vector Arena on Sunday night when a backup performer accidentally dropped the pole on her head.

Earlier today, the flamboyant pop star tweeted a picture of herself showing the damage and thanked her fans for their support.

"Thank you so much for all the thoughtful messages. I feel a bit woozy but a little better everyday. Very happy to be in beautiful Australia," she tweeted.

Lady Gaga said she was committed to completing her Born This Way tour, despite the injury.
