Ep 4: Prawn Spoons


1 can coconut cream (not lite)
500gr cooked prawns without tails
2 limes - zest & juice
1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
Bunch of coriander - chopped (save some for garnish)

Combine all ingredients and serve in Asian soup spoons, garnish with coriander.

This recipe would also make a great entrée - served in small bowls on a bed of salad greens.
