Today is the tenth anniversary of the Cave Creek tragedy in which 14 people died after a platform collapsed in the Paparoa National Park on the West Coast.  Breakfast spoke to Grant Cameron, the lawyer who represented the surviving victims and the families of those who died in their compensation claim.

Peter Huggard from Auckland University's School of Population Health is about to start researching the issue of compassion fatigue among doctors.  He explained to Breakfast what compassion fatigue was all about.

This morning Francesca Rudkin  reviewed 'The Interpreter' a political thriller starring Sean Penn and Nicole Kidman.

Jon Gadsby, Richard Maddox - a creative director from Colenso Advertising and Sports cafe - 'That Guy' Leigh Hart discussed the state of comedy in New Zealand.
