A perfect cure for morning sickness - ginger is an excellent stomach settler and fresh peaches are full of goodness
250g peaches, peeled and sliced
2.5cm fresh ginger, roughly chopped
Sparkling mineral water
Place the peaches ginger and mint in blender with a little sparkling water and blitz the mix. Slowly add more water to desired consistency. Serve with a sprig of mint.
Plum and berry smoothie
Into a seriously good blender place some slices of fresh plums and blitz with a spoonful or two of yoghurt. Add low fat milk if necessary to assist in the process when blended add the frozen berries and additional yoghurt and milk.
Serve with a thick straw or spoon.
