Stephen Chu
Stephen gained experience as a TV Director/Producer in the fast
paced world of Hong Kong television before moving to New Zealand 27
years ago.
After working for TVNZ for ten years, he became the first Chinese
Director of a Maori TV programme "Kohanga Reo". Stephen was also
Producer of Tagata Pasifika before launching the first series of
Asia Dynamic.
Stephen is a versatile director having directed multi-camera studio
productions, outside broadcasting as well as directing on location
in China, Far East Asia and the South Pacific.
Stephen is now a freelance director for Asia Downunder, and is
responsible for many of the stories spread through the 40 programme
run.
