This week on 20/20:

Cashing in on YouTube's popularity

Just 7 years ago YouTube was born. Who could have predicted what it would turn into today. Sixty hours of video are uploaded every single minute, that is 5 months every hour, 10 years per month. And now, people around the world are cashing in on YouTube's popularity, even here in New Zealand. Those with successful channels can join a partnership programme with YouTube. In the U.S. they are making hundreds of thousands of dollars off their uploads, so how far have our very own YouTubers to go to earn the big bucks?

Billionaires tell their stories of how they made it

In these troubled times, Barbara Walters shares advice with viewers that's worth listening to from three self-made, out-of-the-box creators and thinkers who made it big the old fashioned way.

They are three unique and surprisingly different billionaires who tell their stories of how they made it, and now how they give back.

They impart their wisdom and tips that can put viewers on the road to huge success too: John Paul Dejoria, a once homeless visionary who built two iconic companies, Paul Mitchell hair care and Patron Spirits Tequila; Lynn Tilton, who specializes in buying companies and breathing new life into them; and Guy Laliberte, creator of Cirque du Soleil.
