Jodi is responsible for aligning the TVNZ team to ensure we provide New Zealanders with their favourite content however they chose to watch it. This includes delivering opportunities for advertisers to connect with audiences.

Brent oversees the various teams that support our business units, including legal, regulation, corporate affairs, people and culture and operational areas like studios, production and facilities.

Chair Alastair Carruthers is an experienced governor and held the Chief Executive Officer position for Chapman Tripp for over ten years. His areas of expertise include financial management and accountability, marketing and communications, and digital technology and systems. His directorships include being chair of Arts Council for New Zealand, a member of Unitec Institute of Technology Council and more recently Chair of Allpress Espresso Group of companies. He is also the current Chair of the NZ Film Commission. |

She has held Chair, Deputy Chair, senior executive advisory roles on public, commercial, media and Māori development sector boards. She is Deputy Chair of Tupu Tonu the Ngāpuhi Investment Fund and Chair of the Courageous Conversation Aotearoa Foundation. She started at the national airline in Corporate Finance after beginning her career with Deloitte. A Member of the Institute of Directors, Meg is currently the Chair of Cawthron Institute, Nelson Regional Development Agency, and director of MEVO and the Halberg Foundation. Meg is of Ngāi Tahu descent. |

Aliesha is a pioneer of new technology and was the first female to win the High-Tech Awards Young Achiever in 2017 and the first person to win the award twice when she also won in 2018. She was also a finalist in the 2019 New Zealander of the Year awards for innovation. Aliesha is currently the CEO of StaplesVR and working as director who specialises in innovation and digital disruption. |
