We are used to hearing screams at theme parks. But that usually stems from riding the roller coasters or reading the nutrition facts of the food& not from seeing ghosts.

However, that's exactly what's been happening recently at a popular theme park, Thorpe Park, in England.

Not long after they broke ground on new water ride called Storm Surge, construction workers began noticing objects being moved without anyone touching them.

Workers then started reporting seeing ghosts around the construction site, including that of a headless monk.

The construction company called in a forensic team and a paranormal detection agency to find out why so many ghosts were disturbing the crew.

It was found that the particular patch of land that Storm Surge was being built on used to be an ancient burial ground.

Thorpe Park officials decided to halt construction and move the ride to a new location.
