Passengers on a bus travelling through Vietnam had to be evacuated when dozens of poisonous snakes escaped from a sack.
The bus was on its way to Quy Nhon City on Wednesday when passenger Huynh Thi Diep saw a snake at her feet and raised the alarm.
"I felt something tickle my legs and saw a snake," she told newspaper Tuoi Tre.
The snakes, all common kraits, were caught and killed within 30 minutes of their discovery. No one on the bus was bitten.
Two sacks had been given to the driver for delivery but he wasn't aware there were snakes in them.
Police are now hunting for the owner of the snakes.
