New York City health officials have warned a chef after he offered customers cheese made from his wife's breast milk.

Telegraph.co.uk is reporting that Daniel Angerer and his wife Lori, owners of Klee Brasserie in Manhattan, decided to experiment with breast milk his wife produced for their daughter.

Angerer then posted the recipe on his blog, calling it Mother's Milk Cheese and welcoming people to try it.

However, Angerer now insists that it is not on his restaurant menu following a warning from the city's health department to not give out the breast milk cheese to his customers.
