It is smooth sailing for Australian 16-year-old Jessica Watson as she passes the four-month mark of her trip to become the youngest person to sail solo around the world.

She has posted an update on the Internet saying it is a bit scary how time has passed so quickly.

She is also a little disappointed that she has eaten her last packet of Pringles.
