A billboard featuring former US president George Bush along with the slogan "Miss me yet?" has mysteriously turned up along a highway near Wyoming, Minnesota.

The billboard caused confusion as people tried to track down who paid for it, where it came from and whether or not it was a direct slap at President Obama's performance or Bush's unpopularity.

And the story has now grabbed the attention of media around the world.

Fox News reports that a Minneapolis-based advertising agency who owns the space has cleared up some of the mystery saying it is rented by a group of small business owners and individuals who feel Washington is against them.

Reportedly the group think it is a funny way to get their message out. And Apparently their message is getting through, as people have sent in donations to keep the billboard up longer.
