New York's mayor Michael Bloomberg is out-spending his nearest rival for the job by 14 to one.

One month out from the election, the billionaire is laying down $85 million in his campaign versus $6 million by William Thompson.

And it appears to be working as Bloomberg leads the race by a whopping 18 points.
