Elaine Parker
Elaine Parker trained at BBC Television in London and first joined TVNZ when Ernie Leonard was setting up the Maori Programmes Department. Since then she has had a long association with the department both as a staff member and as a contractor.
Her production management credits include "Koha", "Tagata Pasifika", "Marae", "Tiaho Po", "Waka Huia" and TVNZ's coverage of significant events including the tangi of Dame Whina Cooper and that of Te Arikinui Dame Te Atairangikaahu.
In December 2008 Elaine returned to Waka Huia as Production Manager.
