Ronaldo may move to Real - but only if god says it's okay
Cristiano Ronaldo is continuing his transfer saga after refusing to either confirm or deny his move to Real Madrid.
According to Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon, the Portuguese winger's move to the Bernabeu is 'sorted' and in his first interview since meeting with current boss Alex Ferguson, Ronaldo put paid to Fergies comments that "Ronaldo will be a Manchester United player next season."
Instead Ronaldo told reporters that 'only god knows his future.' (The Telegraph)
Fergie hits back over Berbatov row
Manchester United boss Alex Ferguson has hit back over claims the club have tapped-up Tottenham striker Dimitar Berbatov.
Twenty-four hours after Spurs chairman Daniel Levy reported United and Liverpool to the Premier League for their conduct in pursuing Berbatov (United) and Robbie Keane (Liverpool) Ferguson said his club has done nothing illegal and warned the London club would regret their action. (Various)

Before Hleb left Arsenal last week for 11.9m he had reportedly criticised the Spanish ace, calling him "selfish", but now he claims that Fabregas is likely to go back to the club he left five years ago. (The Independent)

William Gallas has become the latest Arsenal player linked with a move to Spanish giants Barcelona.

Everton want Moutinho and five more
Everton's director, Keith Wyness has confirmed the Blues are interested in Sporting Lisbon midfielder Joao Moutinho whose current value is said to be around 16million pounds.
Everton manager David Moyes is also looking to make as many as five more signings before the close of the transfer window - with a central midfielder key after the loss of Lee Carsley to Birmingham.
