New Zealand heavyweight boxer Shane Cameron's next opponent has been announced.
Cameron will fight the 34-year old Guyana-born, American raised Andre Purlette.
Purlette has a 40 win, three loss record with 35 of the victories coming by way of knock-out.
One of his most memorable victories came over kiwi heavyweight Jimmy Thunder back in 2001.
The fight will be held in Wellington on June 28th and is being dubbed "Capital Punishment".
Cameron says Purlette is the high calibre opponent he
needs, and he knows he's ready for whoever is put him front of
him as to become number one in the world he needs to beat fighters
like Purlette.
