It's round two for the K1 boxers in the Kings of Oceania tournament on Saturday at the Trusts Stadium in Waitakere.
The best fighters in New Zealand and Australia are competing for a place at the Oceania World Grand Prix in Auckland next March.
The winner of that tournament will then be just one step away from a place in the World Grand Prix final to be held in Tokyo, Japan in November 2006.
The first K1 bout on Saturday sees Sydney's Peter Graham taking on Kiwi Jay Hepi, both winners in the first heat, while Ron Sefo faces Ricardo Van Den Bos next.
The other bouts include Matt Samoa against Hiriwa Te Rangi, Sid Asiata v Ben Edwards and Paul Slowinski facing Daniel Tai, with the big fight of the night pitting two top New Zealanders against each other with Paula Mataele and Jason Suttie squaring off.
The fighters have been placed in three pools and will compete in three fights with the winner of each pool then moving on to the Oceania World Grand Prix.
The winner of each pool will be decided by a points table with two points for the winner, none for the loser, with an extra bonus point available for a KO.
Each bout will last three rounds, with two extension rounds if needed to determine a winner.
The bouts will be shown on TV2 from 9.30pm.
