Fruit and Veg
It pays to shop around - an old adage but never a truer word was spoken. Particularly in hard times, and we're facing those at the moment are we not? Close Up recently took a look at the price of milk around the country and the extraordinary price differences. It caused a bit of reaction to say the least. Tonight Close Up looks at fruit and vege, and ask the same question, are we paying a fair price at the supermarket or are we being gouged? Sue Kedgley from the Greens is with on Close Up to discuss.

Doggie Discrimination
A Wanganui woman is accusing Massey University of discrimination because they won't let her take her disability assist dog onto its Palmerston North campus. 35-year-old Melanie Donne has had panic attacks and blackouts after a car crash 11 years ago and says she need to have her dog Rica with her at all times. But Massey University says letting Rica on campus could open the floodgates for anyone to bring their dog to university.

Naked Grannies
She's got a lovely house, a loving husband and top Kiwi chef Peter Gordon for a son.  So what possessed Betty Ludwig to be photographed sitting around in the woods with just her underwear on? It was all to prove a point. To show that "older" women still have lives, and like to be noticed. A series of pictures at Auckland's Photography Festival set out to challenge our sensibilities, showing society's matriarchs in various states of undress.
