Shower
If you are building a new home or renovating an old bathroom and you have an electric hot water heater you will have to install a shower head that pumps no more than 6 litres of water per minute. The plumbing industry is not impressed and judging by the amount of feedback we have received, neither are you. When we left things last week Jeanette Fitzsimmons promised us she could show us a shower head that meets the new regulations and still gives a decent shower. So it's time for the compare and contrast. Sofia Wenborn found some people in need of a good shower.

Caitlin
Seven year old, Caitlin Thorne should be back at school in Sydney, instead her desperate dad is appealing for your help to find her in New Zealand. Caitlin was snatched by her drug addicted mother while on holiday with her grandparents in Auckland last week and there have been no sightings of her since. According to father Terry, Caitlin's mum has become involved in P and the criminal underworld. He says when undercover policeman Don Wilkinson was killed last month while installing surveillance gear in a car she was inside the house the car was parked at. The New Zealand courts have granted him an interim parenting order and a warrant has been issued to enforce it. The problem is no one seems to know where Caitlin and her mum are.

Caveman
At some stage we've all dreamed of getting away from it all and becoming more at one with nature, but few of us would take it to the extreme one Wellington man has. Pensioner Ross Collins has built his own little hideaway in a cave near the entrance to Wellington Harbour. The local council has turned a blind eye to the structure, and as Corinne Ambler reports Mr Collins probably has the best view in Wellington.

Sophie
New Zealanders voted Mahe Drysdale our Olympic athlete most deserving of a new vehicle and our most popular paralympian, as voted by you, was given the keys to another four wheel drive. Jendy Harper was at the high school handover.
