The Children's Commissioner is being told to stop promoting Labour Party propaganda and get on with her job.

Cindy Kiro has infuriated National's Judith Collins by calling on MPs to support Sue Bradford's anti-smacking bill.

She says it is inappropriate behaviour and Kiro should know better.

Collins says the commissioner is not in charge of MPs and should concentrate on what she is meant to be doing.

She says Kiro has admitted recently that she needs to lift her game and Collins says she could not agree more.
