Conduct an orchestra
Be the conductor of your own water glass orchestra with a few
things from the kitchen.
What you need:
- five glasses
- a spoon
- some water
What to do:
Fill the glasses with different amounts of water. Gently tap each
glass with a spoon to see what kind of sound it makes. You can line
up your glasses from the lowest to to the highest sound.
Being careful not to spill water all over the place, add more water or pour the water out of the glasses until you get sounds you like. Make up a song on your musical glasses but don't hit them too hard.
