New warnings over spam

There are fresh warnings for computer users to be on the lookout for new types of spam.

Internet security company Secure Computing says well-organised criminal gangs are now using things like image spam, fuzzing or vishing to obtain personal and credit card information.

Spokesperson Eric Krieger says they are getting away with hundreds of million of dollars.

Krieger says people should be asking their internet providers how they are protecting customers against spam.
