An all-in-one glass and bottle set will redefine how people drink their wine around the world, the Hardy Wine Company says.

The Adelaide-based company has released the Shuttle - a 187ml single serve acrylic wine bottle that has a plastic glass fixed to the cap.

The bottle opens by a twist-top action that releases the glass in which the wine is poured.

Hardy global marketing manager Miriam Leenders said the shuttle would be perfect for major sporting and outdoor events.

"We believe the new technology has the potential to redefine how people drink their wines the world over," Leenders said.

The shuttle will be sold at the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne next year and tested on the United Kingdom market.
