The big news on the rural scene has been the outbreak of foot and mouth in the UK. Michael Wilson talks to Tim Fulton,  editor for the NZ Farmers Weekly to tell us about the implications for New Zealand's farmers and about a board room ruction at New Zealand dairies' South Canterbury plant.
