Telecom technicians are working to restore full internet service to customers around New Zealand following the second fault in less than 24 hours.
A network equipment problem between 5pm and 10pm on Monday meant that broadband and dial-up customers had difficulties connecting to the internet.
Telecom spokesman Sean Martin says a different fault on Tuesday has led to delays for some customers.
He says while Telecom regrets any inconvenience it will not be compensating customers for the loss of service.
