Tamati Coffey danced for Rainbow Youth

Rainbow Youth is a not-for-profit, charitable organisation established in 1989 run by youth for youth. Rainbow Youth's vision is universal acceptance of the diversity of sexuality and gender in Aotearoa New Zealand. It's mission is to provide unbiased information and education regarding sexuality, gender, and identity to everyone in the community, in order to foster understanding and acceptance of diversity, while providing support, information, and advocacy services to queer and questioning youth, their friends and Whanau.

Barbara Kendall danced for Upside Downs Education Trust

The UpsideDowns Education Trust was established in 2002, to support Kiwi families of young children with Down Syndrome. The objective of the Trust is to fund specialist educational programmes, vital in improving the learning development of these fantastic children.

Ultimately this will enable them to integrate fully into the community, living productive and dignified lives. It can make the difference between them being productive, contributing members of society, rather than being dependant on public resources for their entire lives.

Down Syndrome is the most common chromosomal disability in New Zealand. These children live in our communities the length and breadth of our nation. Your support will have a direct impact on the lives of families living in New Zealand, and in your community. 100% of your donation goes directly to fund qualified educational professionals so you know your vote is being put to good use.

Josh Kronfeld danced for Koru Care Otago

Koru Care Otago is a registered charitable trust that is dedicated to making dreams come true for hundreds of sick and disabled New Zealand children by taking them to theme parks in the USA and Queensland's Gold Coast.

Over the years Koru Care Otago has helped hundreds of children forget for a short time their own medical problems and allows them to enjoy themselves as children should. One need only see the smiles on their faces to appreciate what a difference one trip can make to these children's outlook and wellbeing.

Lizzy Igasan danced for the Heart Foundation

Many people don't realise that heart disease is the leading single cause of death in women.  It kills four times as many women as breast cancer - and while breast cancer is an important health issue - New Zealand women need to be just as vigilant about their heart health.

The good news is that heart disease is largely preventable. Go Red for Women is the Heart Foundation's campaign to boost awareness of heart disease in women and to raise vital funds for heart research and cardiac care.
